The next couple of weeks we will be focusing on healthy eating and sharing some of our favorite recipes, ideas on gardening, and eating together as a family. Eating healthy has been a big benefactor in our healing of anxiety and depression and we are hoping we can share some insight to the healing power food has on the body and mind. We will also be having a couple of awesome guests posts, so stay tuned for that!
