Take Time For Your Magnificent Self

Here are 10 things to bring some positivity and joy into your life this weekend:

1) Get outside and enjoy this beautiful Earth that we have been given.

2) Do something just for yourself that you have been wanting to do.

3) Tell your Spouse or significant other how much you appreciate them.

4) Meditate and enjoy complete silence for at least 30 minutes.

5) Eat something delicious.

6) Take a walk.

7) Watch a funny movie that makes you laugh.

8) Help a friend or neighbor in need.

9) Snuggle with someone you love.

10) For one day, don’t dwell on any negative thoughts about yourself or others.

In the busy world we live in, we need to remember that it’s ok to pamper ourselves.  We need to take care of ourselves first, so that we can freely give our time and attention to others.  Relish these precious moments and time that you have been given on this Earth.  Remember to show all kinds of kindness to yourself and others.  Never forget the magnificence that is inside you.  There is no one else like you.  You are a divine soul, who’s mere presence on this Earth is a gift to those around you, never forget that.
