Craving a Snack?


If you are in the mood for something sweet, try out this delicious Carob Chip Shake.  

My sisters and I have always loved Carob.  

I decided to come up with my own Carob Shake recipe.  Carob is used as a healthier alternative to chocolate.

Carob is naturally sweet, low in fat, high in fiber, has calcium, and has no caffeine.  

I also love these Honey Sesame Almonds from Trader Joe’s, with some berries on the side.

 It was a much healthier alternative than the cinnamon roll I was contemplating eating.


Carob Chip Shake

1 Cup Almond or Coconut Milk

4 scoops of Organic Raw Carob powder

1/8 cup Carob Chips

1/2 cup ice

Blend together and enjoy!

This weekend go out and try something new.  Live a little more.

Face a fear that you have been avoiding.  Try a new

skill or hobby that you have been wanting to, but haven’t gotten around to doing it.

 Be grateful, and seek to find the simple joys that can so easily

be found in everyday life.  Tell those that matter most how much you love and appreciate them.
