Do you feel a constant shadow? Are you sick of being sick or tired of being lonely or sad, because you are always sad and no matter how hard you try you are still afraid and still depressed? I know that feeling. It’s very real, you believe there is no light at the end of the tunnel, you want to scream at the top of your lungs, “Give me a freaking break”!!!!! I have asked myself multiple times “how can I still feel this way”? I am not only praying, but  I am pleading with every ounce of my being. I am not fighting, I am giving it every fiber of my soul and strength, I am not hopeful I am hope. So why? Why, do I feel this pain still? We are often doing everything in our power and yet, we haven’t seen improvement in our happiness or we have but it’s slight and not the change we had hoped for. 

Please don’t give up, keep fighting. Fight harder, you can do it. The world isn’t against you, but maybe it wants to see what you are really made of. Show it. Show the world what you can do, by fighting the good fight. Fighting for yourself and your happiness, because you are worth everything to your God and to your family and friends. Open up that love for yourself and say out loud “I AM WORTH IT” because you are and I can sit here and tell you that all day long, but that doesn’t matter. You need to not only believe it, but you need to know it and love every single thing that makes up who you are. Until you can do that and completely and engulf yourself with self love, you will never see the light at the end of the tunnel. You have to know that you can do it and love your body, your soul, your mind, your heart, and support each of those things about you. Your mind is on your side, your body is on your side, your heart is on your side. Each of the magnificent parts that make you up are not against each other. They are all on the same side and want to work together. Let them help and heal each other. Let your mind heal your body and your body heal your soul. Nourish everything with self love.

 Don’t give up. Ever. The sun will set for you and when it does you will be overwhelmed with peace and comfort. Your mind and heart will be clear and you will be a conquerer.
